Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal scheduling and services for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 20% of scheduled service. Additionally, no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
